These Terms of Use and Sale ("Terms") govern your use of the Hartes Metal website (https://hartesmetal.com) and any purchase you make through it. The website is operated by INOVIT Inc. ("Hartes Metal", "we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
This website provides information about our products, brands and authorized dealer network, and lets customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico buy Hartes Metal products from us directly.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.
All product information on this website, including specifications, images and fitment details, is for general guidance only. Colors and finishes can look different on screen than in person.
While we aim to keep it accurate, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free.
You are responsible for verifying:
before installing a product. Have wheels fitted by a qualified installer. Test-fit a wheel against the hub before a tire is mounted, because a mounted wheel generally cannot be returned (see our Returns policy).
We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect fitment or product application, except where the problem is caused by a fitment recommendation we gave you in writing for the vehicle you told us about.
Hartes Metal products are also sold through a network of authorized dealers in the United States.
If you buy from a dealer, the dealer's own terms of sale, pricing, availability and returns apply to that purchase. The Hartes Metal Limited Warranty applies to genuine Hartes Metal products wherever you bought them in the United States.
We may refer your enquiry to an authorized dealer near you.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it, or when we tell you it is ready for pickup. The order confirmation email only confirms that we received your order.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if a price or description was shown in error, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
We sell to customers for delivery in the United States, Canada and Mexico, and for pickup at our Baldwin Park, California and Fort Lauderdale, Florida locations. Our Shipping page says exactly where we deliver.
Made-to-order and custom-finish products cannot be canceled once production has started. We will tell you before you order if a product is made to order.
All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Prices do not include sales tax or shipping. Both are shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, and we do not receive or store your full card number. Your card is charged when you place your order.
Orders shipped to Canada or Mexico may be subject to import duties, taxes and brokerage fees. These are paid by the recipient unless they are shown and charged at checkout.
We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an order we have already accepted.
We collect sales tax where we are required to by law. The amount depends on the delivery address, or on the pickup location for pickup orders, and on the products and shipping charges in your order. It is shown at checkout before you pay.
If you are exempt from sales tax, contact us before you order with a valid exemption or resale certificate.

Title to the products, and the risk of loss or damage, pass to you when the products are delivered to the address you gave us, or when you or your representative collect them from a pickup location.
Our Returns policy explains what you can return, how long you have, and how refunds work. It forms part of these Terms.
Hartes Metal products come with the Hartes Metal Limited Warranty, set out on our Warranty page. You can read it before you buy.
Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the written Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Apart from the Limited Warranty and any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law, we make no other warranties about the products or this website.

If you have a problem with an order or a product, please contact us first. Most issues are resolved quickly that way.
If we cannot resolve it, any dispute arising out of these Terms, this website or a purchase will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
This does not take away any right you have under the law of your state of residence to bring a claim in your local courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
